Mentorship
Expert mentors will be available to help keep the teams on track to develop high-quality, impactful solutions with the best chance of being a GIC winner and aligned with the TOM development process.

Teams that publish their Challenge & Concept using the Project Editor by the first milestone on March 11 will receive the benefit of mentorship.

The GIC staff will connect each team with a specific mentor who will accompany them throughout the process.

Each of these teams will be entitled to receive up to 2 mentoring hours throughout the GIC. Teams may utilize the time as they wish in coordination with their mentor.

The GIC uses the the following platforms:
For virtual events and 1:1 mentoring meetings
To document your project on the Project Editor (tomglobal.org/profile)
To communicate with the TOM team and mentors and for ongoing updates
Workshops
All participants are invited to join live workshops and experiences designed to help with the development of their projects and enrich their knowledge in a variety of areas. We are finalizing the details of these workshops, but for now please save the following dates (all times are 1 pm US Eastern Time (GMT-5):
